Helpful and understanding

Always on hand to give sound financial advice. Empathy and a non judgmental attitude, was always given when talking to an advisor. Speaking to step change and setting up a plan, has reduced the pressure of having debts, Which I now can pay back in a more suitable way. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

Life saver

I got into debt from quick loans and StepChange have listened and helped me organised my money with flexible payments that is tailored to my income and expenditures. Every agent I spoke to for the past year is consistent and helpful even when times were rough for me, they gave me options. My account on their website is also very well laid out, I have all the details I need and you can even update your budget online if your circumstances change (if you’re on a debt management plan) which I find extremely useful if you don’t feel like calling. My future begins now

Thanks to stepchange I can finally see light at the end of what has been a very long and dark tunnel. Professional service, reassuring staff and they made me feel so more positive after feeling I had nowhere to turn to for so many years. Too many people fall into the financial trap of debt, however with excellent help and advice from Stepchange I can now sleep at night and not worry what could have happened without them.
