Most caring people and best service ever!!

I've spoken to several people at StepChange who have all taken personal care of my issues and helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. Excellent customer care

There was time I couldnt sleep due to stress caused by my depts but since I joined stepchange DMP plan I never looked back. I am very happy I am on my last few months to be debt free Thank you to Step change and I will always recommend it to my friends and family. They gave me my life back

After getting deeper and deeper into debt we were afraid to answeR the phone or open mail, step change gave us back our lives. Step Change saved my life...

I am diagnosed BiPolar with Agoraphobia. Due to my mental health, I got myself in an unmanageable amount of debt. I ignored letters, phone calls, the demands for payments until I got to breaking point and attempted suicide. After being giving StepChanges contact details from my therapist, they reassured me and sorted everything out for me. My debts are now a massive weight on my shoulders and to see that, in a few years I will be completely debt free. And I have StepChange to thank for that! So thank you for saving my life!!! Life savers

AfterLloyds bank wouldn’t support me regarding a large loan and my wife having to leave work dew to her terminally ill mum we found ourselves fitting with only one salary...Some days were very dark... Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
