When l first rang Step Change l was so embarrassed and at an all time low l was made to feel l was not alone and was supported though the whole process of making a plan that would help us pay our debts with manageable payment some of the weight was taken from my shoulders by very professional unbiased people Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
