Would recommend absolutely

StepChange really helped me get in control of my credit card and loan debt. I had become ill and had to stop working and just making minimum payments was become difficult. They helped me just in time. Lovely people to deal with and talk you through things and options. Always able to make changes as needed and you can even talk to a real person for questions (yes there is a wait on the phone but it's worth it) As a person with bad anxiety they have really listened and helped me Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

When stuck financially turn to Step Change for help!

When I was in financial difficulty I didn’t know where to turn for help and I’m so glad someone suggested Step Change. They were able to help without judgement and the process was fast and simple and now the debts are being paid at a rate I can afford so all we are all a lot happier and free to live our lives.
