Wonderful team and service !

I contacted step change when I was struggling financially and was dealing with severe stress because of this , The team have been wonderful and I will be forever grateful how they handled my call(with no judgement) and subsequently how they have helped me manage my debts . Invaluable help and advice

This company works really well for me.

Long and difficult process, unable to get hold of anyone when you call. My debt is now so much worse because nothing is in place since January. It was a huge decision to go down this path but I now just feel let down and less in control than before Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

Helpful and supportive.

Very helpful and gave good advice in what was an extremely stressful situation for myself. I felt quite embarrassed at having to get in touch but was put at ease and the process was not too bad at all. There IS help out there.

When my financial circumstances changed and I was inundated with debt collectors who bordered on becoming Parasites despite my being open and honest with them I reached out to StepChange who, in a matter of weeks, achieved a Debt repayment process that I was unable to do.
