I was able to sleep easy after stepchsnge made it so easy to talk to and made me at ease and I would recommend any one with dete problems yo ring them

I was so nervous about contacting step change to help me with my debts. Ever since I made that first phone call to start my debt management plan I have had such a big weight lifted off my shoulders. Every member or staff I have spoken to have been helpful and understanding. I was always one of these people who would rather ignore the debts than get them sorted. I also feel the budget review helps in the long term of how to manage your money moving forward. I am One month from being debt free and I never thought I would ever be in this situation 2 years ago when I first reached out to step change. I had debts mounting up and there was no way I could afford to pay them all back I had bailiffs knocking on my door. One call to step change we decided a debt management plan was the best way to go, creditors were off my back and receiving a payment I could afford everybody wins Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

Having had support from Step change for a number of years they have given me peace of mind with my debts helped put my mind at rest and helped stop all those horrible red letters coming through the post.
