When I first called step change I was very depressed about my financial situation and honestly didn’t believe anyone could help . Brilliant, I’m about 18 months away from being debt free ; because of step change it feels like 18 minutes away! Completely professional empathetic staff

Totally embarrassed myself with over credit, originally shared the bills with other adults living in the family home. They both moved out within a month of each other and left me with bills I could no longer pay.. Staff at the end of the phone were brilliant, explaining the various options I could have, worked out an affordable way to pay back and keep my head above water too... Yes its still difficult but not impossible to pay.. I have regular updates and estimated completion date.. I don't know what I would have done if my friend hadn't recommended them..
