.A weight lifted from my shoulders !!!

Stepchange are a fantastic company, they helped me enormously after my husband passed away and things got on top of me, so understanding, never judge you on why you are in debt, support you every step and always at the end of a phone to talk.. would recommend to anyone struggling with Debt, I cannot praise and thank them enough, I feel I'm halfway there and will be debtfree in 12 months thanks to them. !! Help when needed

After being left in debt from a ex partner I had no where to turn , full of worry and anxiety I turned to step change I wasn’t judged I was understood and supported and advised correctly , without step change and the advisers help I very much doubt I would be here today I can not thank step change enough for supporting and guiding me through the worse period of my life I will be forever grateful . Helping me sort my finances.

I had to finish work due to a disability and as a result I ended up running up considerable debts. Stepchange has helped me to manage my debts without getting further into debt or facing the prospect of losing my home. They have in truth probably saved my life as I suffered severe depression about the debt before hearing about Stepchange and I don't know what I would have done had it not been for them. Fantastic service

It took a lot to make the call in 2015 but the time Stepchange took in organising my £53k debt into a manageable plan has been such a relief. Now I have 6 months left, it has been a struggle sometimes but not one payment missed and soon I will be debt free, I can’t thank Stepchange enough. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
