I can’t thank StepChange enough

I can’t thank StepChange enough for the support they’ve given me over the past couple of years. When I first reached out, I was overwhelmed and scared about my debt situation. I honestly couldn’t see a way forward. But StepChange helped me breathe again. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, non-judgmental, and incredibly knowledgeable. They worked with me to create a realistic plan, and since joining their program, I’ve already paid off a third of my debt. That in itself is a huge relief, but more than that, I no longer feel crushed by financial worry every day. They’re always on hand if you have questions or just need reassurance, and that level of support makes all the difference when you’re feeling anxious or unsure. IF YOUR IN DEBT YOU WON'T REGRET JUST PHONE STEPCHANGE

Step Change review

Step Change have helped me with budgeting and organising repayments. I’m finding it difficult to monitor by outstanding credit card balances as some lenders are transferring debts to other debt agencies. This is difficult to track, and it would be better if Step Change were able to assist in this area. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025
