Changed my life

Due to mental health issues I found myself no longer being able to work. I had a lot of debt to repay and found it very hard to get help. Stepchange was recommended to me by my bank. Every time I have dealt with Stepchange they have been so incredibly helpful and professional. A step in the Right Direction.

Wonderful people , they helped me when I didn’t know what to do. I can’t speak highly enough of the professional way in which they sorted out my situation, and enabled me to breathe again. I don’t know what I would have done if they had not been there to help me . I always feel I have someone to help me now, where before I just couldn’t see the way forward. A*** SERVICE

Being off work and put on statuary sick pay has been a big worry for us. Stepchange have been amazing reducing any stress we have felt. We have been with them a few years and didn’t realise how helpful they could be. It’s great to know they have your back every step of your journey. Always Helpful

Stepchange has always been there for me and many others esp for our mental health. My debts were so overwhelming pushing my depression down then impacting on the other parts of my life and esp my family. They have helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Amazing people doing a great job.

A cut in hours lost me half of my income, subsequent loss of government support cut what was left by around one third. I continued paying bills and debts in the hope of finding a solution but none came, savings gone I decided to follow the banks own advice and contacted stepchange, although some trepidation remained, after just one phone call the worries faded away, affordable payments were arranged, and now I have a basic but worry-free financial existence.
