It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Step Change hace been great at helping me sort out m...

Step Change hace been great at helping me sort out my finances. They have gone through all my income and outgoings and have helped me come to a reasonable amount that I can afford to pay off my debts. They are always willing to listen and if you can't afford a payment one month they dont get angry or judgemental, they simply talk you through your budget again to come to an affordable amount if you are struggling one month. They have changed my life

My life was inundated with debt and I didn't know what to do or even where to start....Then I found out about StepChange & approached them. Honestly the best thing I ever did, they explained to me what the plan of action was and went through it thoroughly. A affordable payment plan was set up and distributed across my all my creditors. Fast forward a few, I am now only a few months off being debt free. My advice to anyone....if you're in debt or struggling, please speak to StepChange and they can help.
