Debt had took over my life due to losing my job, I couldn’t sleep at night, felt I was letting my wife and children down and was struggling to provide the basics, step change changed everything for me, I was embarrassed to call but once I had they made me feel at ease , put all my worries to one side and ensured I once again had a life, I thank them from the bottom of my heart. Step change the best debt management company ever

I have been with stepchange for years now. I’m still paying off debts I had from many years ago but they have been so supportive over the years offering good advice and help submitting my management plan on a yearly basis. I no longer have the awful anxiety and depression that originally presented when I found myself in difficulty trying to pay back debts. They help me manage my finances which has taken away the dread I used to feel. The only negative is trying to get them on the phone … they are so busy that sometimes it can be a long wait to talk to someone.. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
