Step change saved my self esteem, my sanity and possibly my life.ilife

I was self employed in the hospitality industry, recently widowed and made some bad choices which got me into financial difficulties. Step change salt with my problems sympathetically and me with respect. They were professional, efficient and still are to this day. Amazing

My overall experience is absolutely brilliant. I come from a finance background and dealt with Stepchange then and there service, staff were so helpful and understanding and treated the customer we referred to them with respect, hence why I decided to call them, when I ran into difficulties, after being made redundant.
