It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Great financial solutions for my financial issues

I was in a moment when i honestly thought i will loose the roof above my children's head and left with no food to eat, when I've been introduced to StepChange by our local council. Easy to follow process

Helpful from the start, the website was easy to use and the forms to complete to advise on my debt problems took a bit of time to conplete but I felt relieved as soon as they were submitted.
