The service is quick and reletively easy to set up and when ive needed to speak to someone theyve been great freindly and very helpful ..only one moan i wish the correspondence was more as in i was getting letters from banks etc with final notice and was concerned until i spoke with someone .i know you cant answer every question but a Q and A sort of pamphlet would be good and might save alot of phone calls [just an idea] Reviewed on: 2nd June 2026

Simply the best

Perfect in every way!

I had a lot of debt (28 - 32k) and step change advisors were really helpful, understanding and got my debt programme started straight away. Everything they sent me was easy to complete and they also send me monthly updates on how much I have left to pay etc. Its not easy letting people/companies help you but my advice would be to let them help as I had to weight of the world on my shoulders but now its being paid of, I feel so much better. A plan you can actually complete!
