It's handy to have just one payment for my debts but the customer service is extremely poor and has caused more stress. They treat you like a number rather than a person and communication is extremely poor regarding decisions made on your behalf. Reviewed on: 10th June 2025

StepChange have helped me out of a financial nightmare. I don't know how I would have managed without them. Their advisors are firm but fair, and most importantly, non-judgmental.
