Help when it's needed

I worked as a plasterer for more years than I care to mention and have never really been in debt I couldn't handle. Then out of the blue I felt unwell. I was taken for tests and was given 6 months to live. Happily that was over a year ago but I couldn't pay my bills. Thanks to Stepchange they negotiated a plan and managed to get several debts wiped clean. My advice is if you find yourself in a similar situation to at least give them a ring.
