From my very first contact with Step Change I was made to feel at ease, not at all judged, and never made to feel stupid for asking what I felt were stupid questions. Or having to ask to have things repeated several times due to my level of anxiety and depression, making it difficult for me to take information in over the phone, especially when dealing with figures & finances. Life changing

Step Change have really been life savers. Before I got in contact the only way I could pay even the minimum payment on my huge credit card bills was by using one to pay others but I had reached my limit on all. Step Change got me through that and after over 10 years I only have just over a year to be free of debt . A huge thank you to Step Change. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

I Am Really Impressed

I ran into financial difficulties for multiple reasons, & I was so stressed & confused, but by chance I came across Step Change & I can honestly say that with their help & guidance I have managed to turn my financial life around & have been on a debt management plan, therefore I have learned not to make the same mistakes & really try to live within my means. I am extremely thankful to Step change & I would be so happy for them if they won a befitting award for all their hard work the staff put in to help people. Stepchange staff are brilliant very caring and supportive especially when I was going through such a hard time Financially I felt suicidal where I lost control I couldn't pay my bills I had know spear money where I was getting charged left right and centre stepchange stop all that and now I can manage my bills.
