Life savers

Life saver

I got into debt from quick loans and StepChange have listened and helped me organised my money with flexible payments that is tailored to my income and expenditures. Every agent I spoke to for the past year is consistent and helpful even when times were rough for me, they gave me options. My account on their website is also very well laid out, I have all the details I need and you can even update your budget online if your circumstances change (if you’re on a debt management plan) which I find extremely useful if you don’t feel like calling.
