It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Helped me when I thought nothing could.

Taking control

Having got myself into debt ,the realisation of this was very stressful. Getting in touch with Stepchange was the best thing I could have done. They helped me set up a debt management plan which was manageable and affordable.Since 2023 my debts have been coming down near to finishing .I would say never be to ashamed to ask for help as Stepchange helped me and in the not so far future I will be totally debt free Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
