I was a nervous wreck with debts piling up after being made redundant. Stepchange was recommended by a family member and it was the best thing I ever did. They talked me through everything and set up a manageable payment scheme. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

Thank you step change

When I was struggling with my finances my bank recommended me to step change who have been absolutely amazing if it wasn't for stepchange giving me the help I needed I would still be struggling now. I can't really remember the names of the people who helped me at stepchange I would really like to say thank you very much for saving me for not getting further in debt I have learnt from my mistakes so thank you again stepchange if anybody who is in the same situation as me please go to stepchange as they are excellent and there to help they never judge. Step change literally saved myself

Everyone was so nice at stepchange. I 20 when I stupidly got myself into money issue, I felt like I couldn’t find a way out of my problems. From the initial phone call to discuss our debt concerns to setting up a DMP the staff at StepChange have been understanding, non judgemental and encouraging in supporting us to get a grIp on our debts and make positive life style changes to Ensure we keep on top of our payments. really glad I phoned
