I have been a Stepchange customer for many years, when I first contacted them I was vet overwhelmed and anxious, Stepchange took charge of everything they explained about what they could offer I picked a plan an they dealt with the rest, they are always there to reassure you and answer any questions you may have. I have nothing but praise for Stepchange

I have nothing but praise for all the people that work at Stepchange. They make a very stressful time bearable and they are kind and considerate. The company has a great ethos and helpslaisie with creditors to agree a payment that is affordable without making you destitute. They are always there to support and the communication is very good.
