It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. From the off, Stepchange were brilliant in how they helped and advised me, it was almost as if they doubled up as councillors as well as the financial advice and assistance they’d provided, they were transparent and responded promptly to any queries I had, or when there was a slight issue with one of my creditors.
