It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Staring into the pit.

From staring into the pit of despair, having no idea how to deal with ever increasing dept, one phone call to Step Change, set us on the road to recovery. Good Nights Sleep!

Helped me regain my life

Highly recommend for anyone who is struggling financially! I’d got into a very bad financial situation and called Stepchange, they helped me every step of the way and organised a debt management plan for me. The relief I felt was beyond anything I thought was possible at that stage in my life.
