It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Let Step Change put your mind at rest

I was so scared in the days running up to me contacting Step Change. But as soon as I contacted them, everything got so much better. They were so helpful and sorted my finances out with me. No judgement, just help and advice. The website is easy to log into and follow and they have so much information that can help. Do not delay seeking their advice, if you are in financial trouble, they will do what ever they can to help and make sure that the financial plan moving forward works with you life. Got my life back on track

If step change didn't help me I would still be struggling I was finding life really hard paying so much out each month to my debts and I went with step change it was easy to apply and get sorted and I had a weight of my shoulders and I cud finally get my life back on track and I am nearly debt free thanks to stepchange for helping me.
