It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Its easier than you think to get peace of mind.

Very easy to talk to took me through everything step by step, when unexpected expenses occured negotiated with debtors and stopped me worrying. Thoght I was trappped for years now I have just under 2 years of the 3 quoted to go before I am debt free. When car was needing replacement I was still able to get finance externally to replace it. To think clear again.

On joining Step Change, it did take a huge worry off my mind, once finding myself in this situation, i didnt know where to turn, one of my debters told me about StepChange and i was able to think clearly again.
