Help is out there.

I needed help to sort my debts which were growing and I was worried about how I was going to manage them. Then I thankfully came across Stepchange and from the very first phone call to them my worries were eased. It was difficult to admit that I had got my finances in a mess but I didn't feel that I was being judged or criticised, I was reassured that help was there and in a no fuss way I was given a repayment plan and a final date when my I would be free of my debts. Stepchange took over all the correspondence etc with my creditors and we set up one monthly direct debit payment. Stepchange continue to support me and are always there for me if I need them. I highly recommend Stepchange and I am so thankful that I went to them for help, the services that they supply are life changing. Stepchange saved me falling into more debt.

I am in no doubt Stepchange saved me falling into more debt and potentially loosing my home. From the very start their staff explained everything and all of the oprions available to me. They were able to stop the interest on the debts I owed and stopt my creditors sending demanding letters through the post which helpded me mentally.
