I don’t think words can fully express how grateful I am to StepChange. I was in a very dark place, struggling with serious debt and the mental toll that came with it. It reached a point where my wife had to step in and help me manage the situation because I simply couldn’t cope anymore. From the moment I contacted StepChange, I felt supported. They treated me with understanding, dignity, and respect—something that felt rare at the time. Their team didn’t just offer financial advice; they gave me hope and a clear path forward.
