I have been with stepchange for 6 years and they helped me at my most vulnerable time, treated me with dignity and respect and helped me get back on track. Absolute heroes

StepChange have literally been my knights in shining armor. I was in a bad place after maxing credit cards and store cards paying minimum payments on everything. I recently had a child and this added to the pressure on my finances. I was burying my head in the sand trying to juggle everything alone before I finally had to reach out for help. They have helped me take the stress sout of juggling multiple companies, 1 point of contact has made things far less stressful. Also getting all interest stopped on my account with their help has been incredible. They have helped me manage my debts and I am nearly debt free. Given me a very poor credit score.

Although I had accumulated a lot of debt I always made sure my bills were paid on time, this kept my credit score good but I struggled with day to day cost of living. I did not realise that using stepchange would create late payments and my credit scare is very poor. This worries me when I have to renew this year. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

No More Sleepless Nights
