No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Gave confidence and control back to me

From hopelessness to peace of mind and hope!

When i realize ten plus years ago the financial mess i was in , I turn to my daughter and she suggested contacting (Step Change ) I am 85 years old and my time with (Step Change .. and my kids helping ..was a massive relief...I myself have introduce more than 5 friends ..My thanks to ( Step Change ) 1 million times and may you all and your all families be blessed....
