StepChange really do help with debt problems

I was in a horrible situation with debt and struggling to make my monthly payments. StepChange were able to help me plan out my finances and dealt with my creditors on my behalf. They have come up with an affordable plan which means I can repay my debts over time and not collapse under the weight of it all! The staff at StepChange are so busy and not always available right away. But when they come back or you can get through they are empathetic, honest and friendly.
