Helpful, professional and empathetic.

My experience with Step Change has been a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and empathetic to the situation I found myself in. A huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and having a clear plan having to make one payment per month is much easier to manage than several scattered throughout the month. Supportive, Professional and Completely Non-Judgemental

StepChange have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. From the very start, they made everything feel much less overwhelming and explained the options clearly and professionally. The person I spoke with was kind, patient and completely non-judgemental, which made a difficult situation far easier to deal with.
