After being made redundant and having health issues...

After being made redundant and having health issues unable to find another job I didn’t know what I was going to do to pay my credit cards loans et cetera off got advised to speak to Stepchange and they were brilliant. The debts don’t go away but you feel in control and you can get on with your life just keep paying one payment a month, Ring them now!!!!! Reviewed on: 4th May 2024

The flexibility of Step Change.

Step Change have been really helpful in setting up an affordable plan to pay off debts. When I needed some dental treatment recently, it was very straightforward to reduce payments, for 3months, to cover that expense. When our energy bill went up it was easy to permanently reduce monthly payments. This gives peace of mind which is invaluable. Reviewed on: 4th May 2024

After getting myself in debt StepChange guided to to budgeting and repaying to all my lenders. It felt like a weight had been lifted from me. I began to relax and sleep better.
