I got myself into financial difficulty and couldn’t see a way out and became very depressed. I was referred to StepChange and I haven’t looked back since. They have been absolutely fabulous contacting all my creditors and sorting an agreeable monthly payment to them all. Now we sleep at night

We went from not sleeping at night with worry to feeling calm and reassured. Companies stopped contacting us and our debt is slowly being paid off based on what we can afford. We have never felt judged or condescension when discussing our finances. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Really helped me out of a perilous situation from burying my head in the sand. Contacted all my debtors and put a d.m.p in place. Such a relief for me. Got the interest frozen on many of the accounts helping me pay off my debt at an affordable rate. Have been on it for 2 years now with an affordable monthly payment, and have approx 2 years left until I'm finally debt free, for the 1st time in my adult life! I can't thank step change enough!
