Using Step Change truly changed my life and release...

Using Step Change truly changed my life and released me from sleepless nights and constant worry. As soon as I took my head out of the sand and I made the decision to access the services I felt better. The process was easy and Step Change handled everything. I get regular updates on what I owe and feel fully in control. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I have two years left on a 6 year plan. If I’d done it sooner the debt would have been less and I’d be paid off by now. If you can’t see a way out - act now and seek help. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026

It was a difficult situation I found myself in but I was put at ease from the first contact. We all think we are the only ones in this situation! We went through all my incomings and outgoings and although it was going to be difficult we got to a figure that was accepted by all. I should have done this a year ago so my advice to anyone is contact StepChange as soon as you get into difficulty. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
