I had got myself into a great deal of money troubles on credit cards etc, but STEP CHANGE give me proper advice, and after completing a review with them they took my debts with companies and put them together at an affordable payment. More to the point all the companies had to agree,which they did not for me!!! Thank you step change for giving me my life back. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

About 4-5 years ago I was petrified I had credit cards and store cards and built up dept, if it wasn’t for Step change I really don’t know what I would have done,it affected my mental health badly Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
