A couple of years ago I found my self out of work because of Ill health, my health is deteriorating, I was worried sick had no way of paying my debts and I was becoming so depressed it was terrifying. Step change have been absolutely marvellous from the moment I contacted them , explained my situation and they got the ball rolling , they determined an amount I could pay without causing me further hardship, I get regular statements , and they are easy to contact if need be, either by phone or online.
