Helpful, understanding and supportive staff who never belittle you. They do their utmost to make sure any plan or payments put in place are affordable. Rather than keeping my head in the sand hoping my money situation would magically sort itself. I took the best decision when contacting step change it is a guarantee it changes your life and outlook in a positive ongoing way.I would say dont put your head down seek help and get your head up and life back.
