It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Very helpful, have taken so much stress out of my life, I don't get much contact from my creditors and things tick along nicely. If I have a problem or letter from a creditor I get in touch with StepChange and they sort it for me. They reply to my emails within a couple of days. Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Stepchange have been fantastic, started with them years ago when they were known as 'CCCS' and we are just a few months away from our final payment.
