Easy and pleasant to discuss your problems with.

Step Change have been very helpful right from the beginning of my relationship with them. I have an illness that causes me great anxiety and after going to them it has somewhat helped with that. Such a brilliant charity

The thing that's good about Stepchange is they understand why people need help with debt and they are non-judgemental. You do a budget- which they will help you with if you need it and it is Stepchange who will work our what you can realistically afford to pay - and they then negotiate with your creditors on your behalf. What I like about Stepchange is that they are always there for you - even at your lowest point - they are on your side and will do their very best to work with you to get you over what can be a very difficult period in your life.
