It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. From the first phone and throughout the whole process I felt respected and valued as a client and individual. StepChange stopped me from going mad with worry to being able to focus on the future. I was in a terrible situation with my financial affairs as all of sudden my employment status was changed. Was struggling and looking for an opportunity to come out with my bad experience. I was having trouble with my creditors then through government website came across Step Change debt charity.
