I accumulated debt due to a drastic change of circumstance. Step change worked out an affordable plan with me, no judgment just sympathy and support for the situation I had found myself in. Life changers.

I cannot fault step change in anyway. They have got it exactly right. Great service, support, ease of set up, updates etc. I was in a bad place with money and I dreaded asking for help. I was embarrassed to be honest. I was also at my wits end and sinking. The whole process was simple to set up. The ongoing support has been perfect and hassle free. I am still in debt but now have breathing space and I can see an end. If you are reading this and are unsure, please don’t waste anymore time. Take the plunge and make contact. Need help with debt I reccomend Step Change

I turned to step change when my debt got out of control. They listened to my crying on the phone, they did not judge me they helped me. They worked out my incomeing and outgoings and found an affordable amont that i could pay.I have another 9 months and I will be debt free. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

FREE debt advice.

Let’s face it - you’re coming to StepChange because you need help rationalising finances. I didn’t start with StepChange as I’d never heard of them - they weren’t at the top of the internet search list. I went with someone else that CHARGED me for trying to get out of debt. A monthly fee payable alongside my repayments. Then I found StepChange and the process of them taking on the liaison and management became so simple. Customer service agents were brilliant - understanding and informative. They could answer any query, if not at the time then soon after. I can’t fault the service. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
