stepchange helped me take control of my debt

When i contacted stepchange i was at rock bottom. I didn’t answer the phone or open letters. I lived in fear of how bad my debt had got. I initially went online and completed the information and having done that i spoke to people from stepchange. I was never spoken down to or made to feel embarrassed. It was always a positive experience. Im not debt free but I'm able to make manageable payments and know that it will be paid off Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
