We had debt of £54,000 and were sinking, we contacted Step Change and were told they would talk to our debtor's to arrange a payment plan and find the solution. We are now 4 years in and have our debt down to £12,000 and will have this paid off by the start of 2026. Best decision we ever made and highly recommend using this service. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

The advisors are all very empethetic and friendly and knowlegable.Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very kind and understanding. The stepchange debt management advisors are so kind and non-judgemental, they're really thorough in going through your budget to make sure they set up a realistic payment plan, and actually encouraged us to keep some money in our budget for hobbies and clothes that we thought would have to be cut.
