Never feel judged by the assistant on the phone. They are helpful and knowledgeable which is what you need when you’re trying to sort out your finances. If there’s a change it is easy to contact them and adjust payments as needed. Takes away the pressure of contacting creditors individually which would be time consuming and a struggle. Help when you need it

Stepchange is helping me to manage my debts and to get my life back on track. They worked out what I could afford monthly and agreed this with my creditors. Having to make only one payment every month to stepchange ensured that all payments to creditors where paid in a timely manner. Once a year i review my current income and expenditure and change my payments accordingly. Although I have never failed to make tge required payment I admit it’s not always been easy, unexpected things happen in life but I have overcome them.now, after 4+ years, I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel and by the end of next year I will become completely debt free.. I can’t thank Stepchange enough for helping me through a difficult time in my life. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
