Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

This company have been amazing.

Great service and understanding

Really helped reduce my stress and anxiety by consolidating all my loans into one place and dealing with the creditors. Step change, the life changing charity

Step change, really has changed my life for the better, I was spiraling out of control with my debt, hoping my debt would just fix itself, luckily I had a friend who was in a similar situation a few years ago, and he told me about step change, step change thank you for helping me with me problem, I feel like I'm starting to get my life back on track.now, and this wouldn't have been possible with you! Getting the right help as soon as possible

Like many people my finances spiralled out of control.I contacted stepchange and they dealt with my problems sensitively and without judgement, just speaking with them and getting the help I needed I felt the weight lift from my shoulders and I was able to start getting sleep at night. Stepchange are great
