It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. A phenomenal support

Godsend & relief.

StepChange were a godsend and massive relief for me when due to long term sickness I got behind on payments and the interest was crippling, I did not know where to turn. I am near the end of my payment plan and seeing the balances paid and no more mountains of letters have been great. If you're in a bind make stepchange your first call you will not regret making it. I have recommended them to work colleagues over the years. Customer service is fantastic with genuine concern with helping to sort and settle debts, the yearly reviews are very good and helpful.
