Helpful understanding and very friendly staff

We have been dealing with very different company before who charged for their services then we came across StepChange or the CCCS used to be called charity organisation didn't charge for the help and services they provide. The helpful and friendly staff have always put my mind at rest and because of them we are paying slightly more to our creditors then we would have with the other company that was taking a cut of the payments. Help without judgement

We can all fall on bad times and it doesn't make you a bad person, Stepchange offer help and guidance without judgement when you need it most. Saved from the depth of utter despair

I was given a life line. I was a full time working single parent drowning in debt. I was saved by a simple phone call. The relief and hope this charity brings to ordinary people who unlike some doubters might believe, are trying to do everything to make a better life for their families.
