Stepchange really turned turned my life around I can not thank them enough.

Hugely life changing

We were sadly affected in the last recession 2007 and are also mortgage prisoners. It was horrendous with the threat of loosing our house and harassment my company’s .. with hubby out of work dealing with loss of job as well as debts was horrendous! Step change were amazing at helping us get straight and stop the hassle. Once creditors knew we were with step change and we quoted our number they would stop harassing us. We are almost there it’s been a long road but we are so grateful for the step change team who are always friendly, always knowledgeable always so helpful. Reviewed on: 25th July 2021

Very professional and supportive staff. They show compassion and sensitivity throughout the starting process and duration of your plan. They have helped in dealing with creditors taking that pressure away and always respond to any query or worry you have.
