Freedom

Due to the escalating cost of shopping and energy I found myself using credit for everyday expenses and then struggling to keep up with repayments. Life Saving Help

Struggling to make ends meet after my retirement, COVID, Gas and Electric charges etc, etc. I phone Step Change for advice. I was supported right from the start. Amazing

Step change have been absolutely amazing with helping me with a debt management plan really wish I had got in contact sooner. Best Decision We Ever Made!!

Should have done it sooner

I ended up in a bad way with money, I made a few bad choices and ended up being unable to pay some bills. It affected my family life and my mental health and there seemed to be no way out. A company I owed money to recommended stepchange and after I logged in and went through the process a debt management solution was put in place. I didn’t have to speak to anyone and did it all on line. Once complete I had enough money to live, pay my debt and I could see an end in sight where I could become debt free.
